  1. What areas do you cover?
    We are based in Watford and mainly cover the southeast however we will consider any area.
     
  2. How quickly can you value my property & is there a charge?
    We can usually view the same day you call or whenever is most convenient for you & No our valuations are free and without obligation.
     
  3. How soon can I get my money?
    The money can be in your account within 7 days. OR We will exchange within 24 hours and allow you move out whenever suits you.
     
  4. How much will I get for my property?
    It depends on the condition, type of property, location and speed of sale required. We are in the property trade & offer a fast guaranteed service for this we usually offer between 85%-70% of Open Market Value.
     
  5. How much will it cost me to sell to you?
    Nothing. We are NOT estate agents and don’t charge a fee, we’ll even pay your solicitors bill! (Up to £500)
     
  6. My home is being threatened by repossession can you help?
    Yes. We can prevent your property being repossessed and allow you to continue living in your home. You neighbours won’t know anything has changed.
     
  7. Will I need a solicitor?
    Yes you will need a solicitor or licensed Conveyancer. You can use your own or we can recommend one for you, either way we’ll pick up the bill (Up to £500).
     
  8. My property is in a poor condition and needs a lot of work, is this a problem?
    No. We see properties in poor condition everyday. Yours won’t be the worst!
     
  9. My property is tenanted; do you buy properties with tenants in?
    Yes. We will buy your property and keep your tenants on.
     
  10. My property has ‘Tenants From Hell’ who we can’t get rid of, are you still interested?
    Yes, if you have ‘Tenants From Hell’ we will buy your property and deal with them at our own expense.
     
  11. Do you buy land?
    Yes. We buy land any shape or size with or without planning permission.
     
  12. I don’t want my neighbours to know about the sale, is this possible?
    Yes. We don’t put up ‘For Sale’ boards or put adverts in the local paper. Our service is discreet and fully confidential.
     
  13. Will my estate agent mind me selling to you?
    Probably. They will be missing out on their 1.5%-2.5% commission! Why should you pay an estate agent for NOT selling your house?
    (You should check the exact terms of any agreements you have signed).
     
  14. I know someone who wants a fast sale, should I tell you?
    Yes, and if you do you could earn yourself a ‘Finders Fee’ of between £250-1% of the purchase price if we end up buying the property.
     
  15. I’m in no hurry to sell my house and I want to get the best possible price, should I call you?
    No. We are in the property trade and offer a guaranteed quick sale, for this we expect a 15%-30% discount.
